jnel921 Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 We just got a new CFO who has an ego as big as his head. He is a tyrant and his work ethics are terrible. He put me on a performance plan because of an issue that was ongoing way before he came to our offices and claimed that it needed to be resolved. So far they have been resolved by the proper parties.But then again this was my fault according to my new boss. I wish the job market were better because I would jump ship in a heatbeat. But I hear they are really cracking down on who they want to hire these days. If your credentials dont add up then you don't make the cut. Experience doesnt seem to be good enough anymore.
