singlelife Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 Me and my new girl click on every level!! We are in love and the sex is hot and we both communicate to each other soo fn well. We argue then make up instantly then go have fun. Well I have been seperated for two years and have contacted the ex to get the divorce. For some reason it just never happened even though we both dated other people. Well I am completely happy with my girl and just wanted to be nice to the ex so there would be the last good talk and lets sign the no contested papers. Well my ex tells me she is sorry for her part and offered to take me for a beer. I was like this is weird but I didn't read to much into it. I just thought it was small talk. Well then she contacted me again to tell me she isn't dating anyone ( I told her she should an she should do what she wants). She then told me she is slowing way down . She hadn't gotten the papers yet and asked why I didn't call her. I told her I didn't expect to talk again except for to say got the papers it's final blah blah blah, have a nice life. No hard feelings. She said that she wanted us to be cool and we had a decent conversation for about an hour. That never happened in years. Well anywy I told my girl becuase I am not hiding anything. She wasn't mad and laughed and said that my ex wants to screw me. She said she doesn't want me back but she definetly wants omething from me. Why keep n touch after all this time. After it's final there is no reason to hang with her. My best friend says the same thing that my ex wants to have a few good screws because our sex was amazing and with no strings she would want to be bed buds. I don't want to and I told them both no way. But I don't see her wanting this . Maybe I am stupid. Can you guys give me your opinion on what you see.

All she has to do is agree to it. Which I doubt now, because she knows you have someone, and wants to get in between that... Mark my words being around her in any capacity is gonna ruin your current relationship.
