I think we are both on the shy side and I don't know her all that well, we've just walked home and talked together a couple of times. But I like her so much once I was thinking about her for two days straight. Seeing as I haven't asked a girl out before, what do I do? Getting closer a closer friendship would be enough.

First of all, it's important to realize that this is the most important age of your life. Everything you do now matters immensely and even the miniscule decisions like what color ringpop to wear or how many LOLz to text to your friend during Algebra will end up being some of the most important decisions of your life. It is mission critical that you put massive amounts of stress on yourself and treat this situation with the utmost respect and attention. That said, you need to tell her you love her, then beg her to go out with you. If she resists, remember that no always means yes ... keep pressuring her and eventually she'll relent. I would suggest writing cheesy poems, singing her songs in class and you should even swing by her house to tell her parents how you feel about her. I'm sure she listens to everything they say and getting on their good side likely means success for you. Happy hunting.

Ask her out to do something fun. Go see a movie, go bowling. Playfully find an opportunity to hold her hand or even just touch her on the arm.
