PWSX3 Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 For those Mom's that are going thru a very difficult time I want to wish you a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!! At church the preacher talked about mom's & how hard there job really is being a mom. It really hit home for me since I know so many mom's going thru a really tough time including my G/F, but they haven't given up on there kids!!!! Now I'm off to fix breakfast this morning for my G/F and then all five (her two boys & my one) of us are headed to the movies......

I got a little down that despite seeing my ex today to give him some money, it didn't even occur to him to wish me a happy mother's day. Then I realized that such a thing wouldn't occur to him, he almost certainly didn't get his own mom anything, and I had a happy day completely without him. So yeah, your preacher was right. It's a hard job being a mom. It's harder without help. Since when has that stopped me from doing what needed to be done, and having a lot of fun along the way??
