Can I read anything into this

When your GF breaks up with you and is visibly very distressed on both occasions you talk, questions why you like her, that she doesn't deserve you. Is she genuinely doubting whether what shes doing is the right thing or is it more likely that shes just hates the act of what shes doing.

 

I know she didn't cheat but has some problems and needs to be alone

It's really impossible to tell....maybe SHE does't know, is unsure, hard to say.
