I should take the day off tomorrow and go to my parents. They live in a house where they have a view of the interstate Alpha will be driving on. Theres a big farm between their backyard and the interstate, but with a telescope I may be able to spot Alpha as he drives south toward St Louis

Alpha just called to report that he is 110 miles out of Chicago, stopped at a rest area to "massively relieve himself" (TMI, anyone?) and he can't believe it's "All f***ing farmland, man!" :lmao:

 

Then his phone started cutting out.

Really? I was just thinking he was making pretty good time. He's already gone through Springfield, will be here in about an hour and a half. Better time than whenever I've done the trip with the girls. Of course, we would drink the whole way and stop 5,000 times to pee. :p

 

Holiday weekend, he's seen cops just about the whole way.

Okay, now this I can understand. He has to stay close to the speed limit. It helps to have a radar/laser detector but if he doesn't, then yes, caution all the way.

I tried asking him what "fairly normal" meant, but he told me I was reading too much into it. He's sitting right here drinking a newcastle....my friends met him before I did....thumbs up all around....
