That's all I'll say since you asked that people who are aware of your situation not post. I wish you only the best...unfortunately the best won't happen for you until you get rid of that loser. I fear you're still not ready to let him go. It's a shame that you're going to waste who knows how many more years with this jerk. Good luck to you dear. Hope things get better for you.

You are enabling his behaviour and granting him permission to mess about with your head, because you are ready there always to respond. Do not be available to him. if he wishes to speak to you, he must approach you through a third party, because as far as you are concerned, this is finished. Hide your telephone (get somebody to switch it off and hide it for you. Do not go into the computer. this serves one purpose, one purpose only, and you are the perpetrator. This serves to keep you under his control. If people go out, you go out too. Take your daughters out, or if they are at school or elsewhere, go for a swim or try to keep fit. get an ipod with some good stirring positive music. Do whatever you can and whatever you want, but make yourself unavailable. Only then will you be able to take back what belongs to you. Self respect and dignity...
