nsundram Posted May 2, 2009 Posted May 2, 2009 I've been in love with a guy for 3 years and our friendship has been on and off. He has had a gf on and off during those 3 years. Recently he has been admitted to a rehab, and has been calling me a fair but and I have been going to visit him. For the first time in 3 years he admitted he liked me, and had feelings for me. We kissed, cuddled and held hands...For the first time in 3 years I felt like things were finally moving along... It's now been 4 weeks since i've seen him, he's been moved to another rehab and he doesn't call me anymore. I've been calling him! On Thursday night I called him and asked him if i could come and see him and he said "can I give ya a call back later?" (he knows both my home and mobile numbers off by heart) and i replied with "yeah, only if you will though" and he said "yeah, I will" and that was it. A few days later and i've heard nothing! What does later mean? His ex is always hanging around, they always fight, and everyone tells him that she is no good for him, and he admits it, sometimes he even says he hates her, and when we were lying on his bed, there was a photo of her above his head, and he took it down in front of me... yet he always gets sucked in by her manipulation. Even when he was with her all the other times, he would still talk to me and we would still hang out, so what's different this time? How can he go from being so sweet, saying that he realises that i've always been a good friend, the only one who cares about him to someone that he doesn't even call? What do I do? I'm dying!
