green apples Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 I want to ask two guys I recently met out but I am still not sure I see them as romantic interests so need some suggestions as to how I can play it cool and friendly. Thank you.
Bejita463 Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 Make plans to do something yourself, and offer to include them. Example: Hey, I am going to go see <movie> this Saturday. Would you like to come along? Then there is no pressure. Neither acceptance nor refusal alters your plans, so there is no pressure to say the 'right' thing, and then it comes across more as a polite invitation than a request. That'd be my approach anyway, though I probably would not choose the movies. That was just an example.
Mahatma Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 A girl asking a guy is pretty hard to make casual. I would suggest that you just ask them to accompany you somewhere for some food or something. Just say you are hungry and ask if they'd like to join you.
Author green apples Posted April 30, 2009 Author Posted April 30, 2009 Mahatma, does it mean that when a girl asks, the guy would think she's interested in him, not as a friend?
Mahatma Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 Mahatma, does it mean that when a girl asks, the guy would think she's interested in him, not as a friend? Well, it means they at least like your company, but it is nothing serious.
