blind_otter Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Who's "we"? Yeah, who is "we"? I think that leaving her at the party was the clincher. Now you will have a stalker on your hands.
Cherished Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Well....you did say she was really drunk, so that doesn't make her psycho. Also she was just being honest with you that she is seeing other guys....if guys pull that, they get the high-fives, if a woman states she is seeing other guys, she is a psycho????
carhill Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 She went off on me saying all i want is a piece of ass and that men and women can be friends. I told her most of her male friends probably want a relationship with her and she said that is not the case. It wasn't a loud/heated argument but it was not a nice one either. Probably doing that in public was the impetus for his observation, rather than her multiple "friends".
Author alphamale Posted April 26, 2009 Author Posted April 26, 2009 What a weirdo. Least you didn't waste any more time before figuring out she was nuts. indeed, she had that whole wierdo vibe about her but whe was attractive and in good shape and worked for a large well known accounting company so i figured what the hell Yes, it was tactless, insulting and rude. Alpha, think twice about seeing her again. trust me i won't be seeing her again. she's the type of women who needs to be treated like crap. now that i dumped her at that party she's probably going ga ga over me When you first start dating someone it's so tricky, because you can get friendzoned in a nano-second without your knowing it Sorry to hear that ALpha. I think you did the right thing dude i was friendzoned and i didn't even know it until she made that comment to that couple about us "being friends and just hanging out"...it blindsided me What is wrong with these women who want all of this "platonic" male attention? i really don't know... Alpha... did you try anything on the first date.. at the very least a kiss ?... no because on the 1st date she was too hammered and i was getting mixed vibes from her Did you at least get her naked before you left? no Do you think he's lying on the couch crying? no, we went out to eat and then i was cleaning for 2 hours... Based on what I've read so far, I not ready to write her off as a psycho. She could just have a bad attitude from getting jerked around a lot. Sometimes that can be adjusted. oh she's certifiable...trust me. wacko nut job. now i know why shes 38 and never been married and only had one long-term serious relationship in her life Well....you did say she was really drunk, so that doesn't make her psycho. Also she was just being honest with you that she is seeing other guys....if guys pull that, they get the high-fives, if a woman states she is seeing other guys, she is a psycho???? She was not totallydrunk last nite, maybe had 4 or 5 wines so she was tipsy. But the change in personality and attitude was apparent after she had the drinks. In addition she stated she has a lot of men friends that are all platonic...i don't want to be part of that group. Probably doing that in public was the impetus for his observation, rather than her multiple "friends". yea well that the sort of **** you talk about in private, not when there are 40 other people standing around you within hearing range...
carhill Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 In addition she stated she has a lot of men friends that are all platonic...i don't want to be part of that group. Yeah, she must have a pretty impressive ..... stove....
westernxer Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 In addition she stated she has a lot of men friends that are all platonic...i don't want to be part of that group. I don't blame you. It's emasculating.
Citizen Erased Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 You think she has a drinking problem and you take her to a cocktail party? I'm actually surprised you even bothered with the second date alpha.
IrishCarBomb Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 and i forgot to tell you about the part where she said to my face: "oh, i have lots of male friends, i could have gone out with nick or mike or john tonight instead of you..." You are such a nice guy. Nick, Mike, and John owe you big time.
Lizzie60 Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Well you should have expected that from a woman who drink.. Women that get hammered are trash.. sorry but they are classless biotch.. Live and learn..
Cherished Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 No, she's just not that into him, so she's psycho is what it comes down to.
Land Shark Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 dude i was friendzoned and i didn't even know it until she made that comment to that couple about us "being friends and just hanging out"...it blindsided me She might have spotted your 'rhoid threads and decided that, while she could date you, she didn't want your little "friends" hanging around. I have the solution for you though. Show up unannounced and knock on her door. When she says "who is it?" say "Ms. O'harmbphlphm...?" When she says, "who??", you say "Ms. Smithsemmphlmhpm...?" When she says, "WHO??", you say "Plumber, ma'am..." "I didn't order a plumber!", you say "flowers" Sooner or later she's going to open the door. Then you eat her. Problem solved.
westernxer Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 No, she's just not that into him, so she's psycho is what it comes down to. Disassociation via demonization is utterly delightful.
Land Shark Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009  You get to work. You aren't being paid to peruse LS.
Author alphamale Posted April 27, 2009 Author Posted April 27, 2009 You think she has a drinking problem and you take her to a cocktail party? I'm actually surprised you even bothered with the second date alpha. the 1st date was not great but it was OK, enough to garner a 2nd. no where was their any indication of being just "friends" from her....until at the party and that came out of no where.
Author alphamale Posted April 27, 2009 Author Posted April 27, 2009 No, she's just not that into him, so she's psycho is what it comes down to. well lets see: she's late 30s never been marriedaccording to her one serious relatioinshp in her lifehas a number of men friendsnever wanted kids, doesn't like kidshates her job and refused to talk about worksaid that guys rarely ask her outbecomes a different person after drinkingthats a psycho
Land Shark Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 Ummm, no. That does not a psycho make. It does, however, a spinster make. "Psycho" covers a lot of ground.
Cherished Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 It does, however, a spinster make. "Psycho" covers a lot of ground. Spinster? LOL...are you living in the 40's?
Author alphamale Posted April 27, 2009 Author Posted April 27, 2009 Ummm, no. That does not a psycho make. how about just weird How did the two of you meet? at a dinner
Land Shark Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 Spinster? LOL...are you living in the 40's? That's 30 years away, you nut. What decade are you in? Or maybe you're from the land of the Amazons!
Author alphamale Posted April 27, 2009 Author Posted April 27, 2009 maybe "psycho" is a bit strong, we'll just say strange/weird
Land Shark Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 maybe "psycho" is a bit strong, we'll just say strange/weird I agree. Any guy who gets involved with her will have to be made of stone, if he's going to endure the load of bs she's pulling around. She might be worth it, assuming she only has a bad attitude and isn't completely off track. The "we" that went to brunch did not include the spinster, I assume.
BubblyPopcorn Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 how about just weird at a dinner Oh. My Father was dating a woman who recently asked to borrow his car and she ended up driving it from Arizona to Florida and never brought it back. He went to get it back, and she turned around and called the police on him. He met her in a supermarket though, lol.
