mike huntington Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 i work in a small 2 office suite with another fellow who is not my partner. he is very condescending and talks down to who he believes is inferior to him.... when he wants you to do a favor for him he wants it done asap but never does anything for anyone unless its in his best interest..... lately i have been ignoring him and his patronizing behavior only to have him hum, whistle, sing clear his throat, and make loud noises whenever he feels he is being ignored..... what to do
2sure Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 This is why Muzak was invented. I get the type of work space/arrangement you refer to....its just the kind of environment you have to deal with until you become more established. Easy enough to shoot him down on occasion by asking him how long until he is successful enough to get his own place.
