emceelaszlo Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 literally, all the time, i am exhausted, what should i do?
biggamer35 Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I just purchased a CPAP machine for myself. So should you. It really helps with sleep apnea which I would guess you have. It makes a big difference.
Meaplus3 Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 literally, all the time, i am exhausted, what should i do? IMO, if this is a new thing for you, then you should see your Doc. Mea:)
operamom Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 Tiredness can be a sign of many things... I agree - schedule an appointment with your doc and see what they can determine -- could be anything from thyroid to sleep apnea or other problems I am guessing. Good luck!
Kamille Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 That was me last year. It turns out it was a combination of things, from not managing work-related-stress well to air-born allergies. (Yes for those who remember the ex who smoked inside, I am allergic to cigarette smoke and it shred my energy level). Talk to your doctor. Also, stess and depression can lead to fatigue. Are you going through anything difficult in your life right now?
