niko1999 Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Hey guys. I have a question. Actually a couple. First off, I have been trying the Apple Cider Vinegar diet, has anyone tried that? Do you seem to pee a lot? I mean, right now, its ok, becuase I just got my shot again, and I always gain weight the frist couple of weeks becuase of the hormones, becuase I get WICKED food cravings. So, best way to lose water weight? whcih is what it is. I mean, I always take it off, but I want to a little bit faster this time Also, I have lost weight(Yay for me! wait, I sound like I just contradicted myself, huh? THis is temporary weight gain, happens every three months), but I seem to have noticed an increase in cellulite. Now, I know work out and stuff like that, but what seems to target the cellulite mostly on the thighs and rear? Cuase taht is where I need to work(Taht and my abbs, as usual) And also, as much as I LOVE fruits and veggies, due to my braces, I cant eat anything crunchy, becuase my teeth are always so sore:( So cooked veggies, but do they have lots of extra stuff in them? LIke maybe the canned ones or something? SOrry, I sound like I am rattling. Thanks for the help guys:)
Ryan Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 First off, I have been trying the Apple Cider Vinegar diet, has anyone tried that? Any dietary system that adds/removes ONE type of food with the promise of shedding bodyfat...is fallacious. There is no such process. You could drown in that stuff and it won't cause a single drip of fat to leave your body. Now, I know work out and stuff like that, but what seems to target the cellulite mostly on the thighs and rear? NOTHING! Spot reduction IS NOT POSSIBLE! Those are the "trouble" areas for women because female genetics predipose you to store bodyfat in the hip/thigh regions. You cannot control this. Anyone who says otherwise is uninformed in the matters of human physiology.
