colosseum Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 We're both in college. We're in an singing group together. She's an underclassmen and I'm upper. She's vivacious, energetic, and funny. She loves to have fun, joke around and do a lot of things. At first I could tell she wasn't interested: she didn't really reciprocate many of the interactions I initiated. But since going around having my own fun and cracking jokes and such, I have gained a lot of attention from her. She gets really happy when she sees me, usually waits for me, and is generally vying for my attention, I think. Because of the inner group dynamics I have to be somewhat careful of totally fawning all over her, and she also knows that. I've also not been playing it up as much because I don't want to be friend-zoned. So she and I are both being careful, so that's why I'm not 100% on her expressions. But my gut instinct is that she is seeking attention from me. My question is thus: is she just wanting fun, or is there something more? (an opportunity I would entertain) Is there a clear-cut/clever way for me to find out what she's looking for here? I read on another thread that when a woman has a non-sexually attracting impression of a man, it almost always stays that way. Is this another one of those instances when she just wants to have fun? Any help/advice/comments, from personal experiences say, would be greatly appreciated...!

carhill Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 No need to fawn. Invite her to join you for a burger and fries and share a shake. Pretty simple, eh?
