carhill Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 So Mr carhill do you think theres actually anything to pheromones? I've experienced it enough times to believe it to be true. I can offer no other reasonable explanation for the experiences. Decorum prevents me from being too graphic
You'reasian Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Well that would have been my ex but not insane in a good way mind you the man seamed to be afraid of water hense hes my ex lol.. Must be a nightmare for him to think about jumping off a 1 meter diving board it a 3 meter deep puddle lol - hell, that spooks me too!
You'reasian Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Can a person be hot and cute? The OP used two analogies - one of bangin' in the bathroom and the other of taking them home to meet mom and dad... what if someone has done both? does that make them hot and cute? or is one trait dominant?
IrishCarBomb Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 IrishCarBomb's pithy answer to the thread: Hot girls get looked at. Cute girls get married. The End.
Sam Spade Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 This has been discussed before to death. Lemme lay down the law of the land : Cute beats hot to death every time . Cute is versatile, hot is not. Cute is sustainable over time, hot is not. etc.
xpaperxcutx Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 For me the difference between cute and hot is the appearance of innocence. Cute girls seem younger and more youthful. Both a cute girl and a hot girl can be beautiful. In my case, I always pick cute over hot. BTW cloths, hair and makeup can turn a cute girl hot by making her look more mature. True. If I just be my normal self, with mascara and a lip gloss, I'm more cute than hot. But when I go out to a party, I'd dress up and made up my face and hair to fit the mood. That's when I'm get complimented I'm stunning than cute.

I don't think it's quite possible, at least appearance-wise - the facial features contradict. And if a hot girl acts cute I'll think that something is off . You can bang a cute girl in the bathroom, however
Trialbyfire Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 I simply adore generalities and stereotyping. It takes A LOT of intelligence to come to these conclusions!
Isolde Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Women make the exact same generality about men. Which just goes to show you'll start spinning in circles if you keep putting generalities above individual chemistry. To me, a guy that I'm attracted to is by default, hot. If you're talking about the conventional stereotypical hot, I don't want that unless we happen to have great chemistry.

My girlfriend keeps me in a state of perpetual confusion by calling me hot, then cute, then hot again, then cute again . She's pretty cute .
Author SpanksTheMonkey Posted April 19, 2009 Author Posted April 19, 2009 Hey there lino I'm in NZ and the pool of available men who are open to dating bbw/larger women seams rather small my chances are better in Oz to be honest thats all...
Author SpanksTheMonkey Posted April 19, 2009 Author Posted April 19, 2009 I simply adore generalities and stereotyping. It takes A LOT of intelligence to come to these conclusions! Me too I especially like the ones about the overweight people that seam rampant at times on these Bord's but I wont go there! I actually wasn't trying to stereo type but rather to gain some insight on the comments I had received from a males point of view thats all.
crosswordfiend Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 This has been discussed before to death. Yes, but I think we often miss an important idea in that cute/hot is not a dichotomy. There is a third category best described as "unattractive" that we also need to aware of. Otherwise, like the thin versus curvy debate, we are giving people a false sense of hope that there is someone out there who is attracted to their body type/facial features.
BobSacamento Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 There are girls that you know are attractive and aren't affraid to admit it to your friends because there is no fear of being ripped on. Those chicks are "hot". There are girls you find attractive but you aren't really sure if your friends think said girl is "hot". Those chicks you call "cute". At least that's what I do lol.
carhill Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Interesting, having friends decide a woman's attractiveness and appropriateness for dating and mating. I now see where I went wrong, preferring to decide such things for myself
BobSacamento Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Interesting, having friends decide a woman's attractiveness and appropriateness for dating and mating. I now see where I went wrong, preferring to decide such things for myself yup it's probably one of my biggest problems.
carhill Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 I can't tell you how many of my wife's friends opined upon the slightly overweight guy who was losing his hair. I personally think those birdies were whispering in her ear for the majority of our marriage. Me, I'm an independent thinker and my friends had only positive things to say about her, or they'd be dead. Seriously, having internal criteria (rather than being persuaded from without) for such elemental connections with other human beings is critical IMO to having healthy relationships. We're each unique. There is no formula IMO.
You'reasian Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 I don't think it's quite possible, at least appearance-wise - the facial features contradict. And if a hot girl acts cute I'll think that something is off . You can bang a cute girl in the bathroom, however I don't think there's a contradiction - I'm certain there are people on this board who fall in the category of... 1. Having banged (or been banged) in the bathroom from some sort of quickee whether pre-determined or random 2. Have been home to meet the other's mom & dad
Chicago_Guy Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 I don't know where some of the people here got their definition of "cute," because cute is a good thing. Moreover, a girl can be both cute and hot. A cute girl often has a great personality, is just fun to be around, and is frequently short, however, that certainly doesn't mean she doesn't have a hot body.
knaveman Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 If I don't vomit when I look at a girl, I'll f*ck her.
carhill Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 If I don't vomit when I look at a girl, I'll f*ck her. OK, so all of them
BoredPerson Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 I'm just wondering in guys minds whats the difference between cute girls and hot ones? Not just looks wise ether mind you. To me it means ones the kind they wanna bang in the bathroom and ones the kind they would feel comfortable taking home to meet mom am I wrong here? Thanks in advance.. The cute one I want to bang in the bathroom. The hot one I'd take home to mum and dad. Effectively it is a different way of saying that you would like to bone the girl. A girl can be cute and hot, but cannot be hot and cute. Tall girls are never cute as it is impossible. Hot refers to a woman who has retained less juvinile features as women retain more of those features than men. A hot woman will tend to have sharper, more angular and classically beautiful features. A cute girl is the one who walks around in a tracky pants and a tank top that you want to bend of the couch. A hot girl is the kind you want to wine and dine the 'make love to'. A cute girl is the kind you think you want to marry when you are 22. It is definitely better to be considered hot.
BoredPerson Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 I simply adore generalities and stereotyping. It takes A LOT of intelligence to come to these conclusions! Nearly as much intelligence as required to point of generalities in a general conversation. With anecdotes as clever as that last one of yours you should consider writing a small essay about how smart you are then talking about it on youtube.
lino Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Hey there lino I'm in NZ and the pool of available men who are open to dating bbw/larger women seams rather small my chances are better in Oz to be honest thats all... Ok now I unerstand Do you think that way simply because Australia has a larger population or because you've heard/seen that there are more men here open to dating bbw(??)/larger women? Nearly as much intelligence as required to point of generalities in a general conversation. With anecdotes as clever as that last one of yours you should consider writing a small essay about how smart you are then talking about it on youtube.
