I am so sorry you are not sleeping well. I sincerely feel for you. Not sleeping well at night affects your whole day which affects your whole life. So, its like MM is still causing grief.

On a similar note: Just 2 nights ago, I had a vivid dream about my H EATING CAKE. Lots of it - at a dinner function. I was sitting beside him and was just aghast at his piggish behavior. The dream ended when H woke me up because I had started shouting "Stop! Just Stop".

We laughed about it the next day. He didnt get the implication (it has been 2 years since he cheated) but I sure did. And you know, I dont have strong feelings about it anymore - so....

Anyway - when I have trouble sleeping I spend extra time on the treadmill a couple of hours before I go to bed...and I sleep really well.

Sorry to hear you're still having disturbing dreams.

Something in your subconscious is trying to process through. If you're open to alternative therapies, you might look into EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing.) Sometimes in just a few sessions, it can break the links of trauma and other recurring patterns. It gets at the stuff underneath your conscious mind.
