exclusivelyME Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Hey guys, I'm a 5'9" female weighing in at 128lbs and would like to get back to the 145lbs I was 2 months ago. You see, I don't know what caused this weight loss. I haven't been eating any different and I have continued my minimal exercise routines as usual. I recently moved and now I have to go up and down stairs multiple times on a daily basis, but I hardly think that has anything to do with it. The worse part is I'm still losing weight! Just last week I weighed 130lbs and I have no idea why. I don't think it is anything medical since I got a physical right before I started noticing the weight loss. Before I was very much happy with my curvy but petite figure but now I think I'm too skinny and I'm starting to not like how my body looks (and I've always loved my body). Now, my jeans are loose and my shirts don't fit as nicely as they did before and to make things worse, my already small breasts seem even smaller. And its not my imagination either. My bras are visibly less full (I even had to go out and buy smaller ones) and they're just smaller, I know that for a fact. And perhaps my favorite part of my body, my legs, have also lost their "lust." All my female family members have nice, proportionate legs and I did, too. But now not only are they too thin they seem too thin for my new frame—which I do not enjoy. And of course, my tush. While still perky, I think its smaller. I have never had this problem since I've pretty much always been the same weight so I have no idea how to gain weight healthily. How can I get back to my 145? Please and thank you.
