Would you go out with him 1 on 1 on completely platonic hang out if u weren't interested? Would you go out with him again the week after and then the week after even though you say you aren't ready to date yet due to long term RL break up recently? There is this girl, who keeps wanting to hang out platonically week after week even though I got pissed off for and stopped calling her. I felt like I got friendzoned from the get go. I dont know why she is doing this. Maybe I'm the idiot who keeps picking up. We know people mutually so I don't wanna be a dick. She needs a company to comfort her loss or something? hmm

Anytime someone uses that excuse, politely accept that they arent interested. Youre just emotional support for her right now. I dont know why she is doing this. Maybe I'm the idiot who keeps picking up. Needs a company? Truth be told, youre letting her do it. She just wants some attention and an ego boost, but she isnt offering what youre looking for, so its time to move on. Youve been friendzoned, and there is no coming back. She doesnt value you enough to be in a relationship, but shell take the ego boost while shes single. If/when she actually has a bf, she'll dissapear without a trace faster than you can blink. Stop answering her calls!

We have mutual friends and I've seen her ex. I honestly wouldn't have been able to date a girl after my break up for like 6 months. Granted it was my first but 1 month off at that time would have been unthinkable. She imed me last night. I didn't answer. I don't plan on it either, but I just want to understand since I am so new to this whole dating BS.
