Okay so listen to this way lame one, I have been slowly really slowly getting to know this guy, i was going through a break up and so was he, so neither of us was really pursuing the other. From time to time over the past 5 months he contacts me via email or something and indirectly invites me to something... and once he came to see me at work - making it seem really casual in intent. So whatever, it's cool, I am not really trying to force anything - but when he's with me he always thru his actions shows some interest beyond friendship...the las time we hung out for a whole day and he was really attentive, even giving me his shirt at the end of the day when I was cold to take home. Still not reading too much into it, but appreciative. Then, I contact him cause I was going to be in his neck of the woods, but I tip toe not assuming he wouldn't have plans, so he suggests I call him the next day when I am there and says see you tomorrow.

I call like he suggested, no answer. so I leave a msg, he calls me back late that night apologizing, because he had given his friend his phone to make sure he got home alright. And he forgot to get it back, I was like WTF A. What? (we are not together or anything, but if this is true why the hell are you giving me the gorey details)

B. What? (this sounds like some stupid bs excuse...again why the details...I forgot me phone at home would be lame enough)

I play it off, and proceed to talk to him for a bit, I end the conversation after a while nicely - and he lets me know that he has to visit a friend in my neighbourhood next week so....

my cue I suppoe ... so I say "okay well let me know"

Um, yah I dont expect much more from him, but what the hell was that.

If your not interested cool...stop contacting me...and if you are what the hell?

Can somebody translate this nonesense for me, cause it just doesn't make any sense

That was f-ing lame.

A guy I was dating for a few months once asked me to go out with him one night. I called him about four times. The next day he called me back with the excuse that "his friend had his phone".

Later, I found out he'd been f-ing his ex-girlfriend.

Think about it. Have you EVER given your friend your phone? Hm? No. No? I didn't think so. Maybe for five minutes so they could call their taxi? mom? boyfriend? ... but not the whole night.

Lying *******s.

zlinder,

lol. My sentiments exactly, I figure the only truth to the story was that there is a female involved - most likely the ex, or some other chic. But why come to me with this nonesense, did he think I would buy this? or think that was okay? It boggles the mind...
