Not the most insightful question, I know. I was bored to be honest. I find the male psyche interesting, that they can compartmentalize 'attraction' from 'feelings'. And I'm not talking about the kind of attraction one would feel for a celebrity, etc., I mean being physically attracted to a person one knows yet not developing feelings of romance, which one may develop and choose to act upon, or may due to circumstances supress.

sure, she may be gorgeous and be dumb as a door knob, or be gorgeous and but a nasty bitch, or she could just be gorgeous with a lame personality, or she could be gorgeous and bad at sex.....there are many reasons.

Ha...this definitely is not limited to just men. There are definitely men that I've been physically attracted to but knew there was no way in HELL I wanted to have a thing to do with them emotionally.

I do it a lot with guys I only find attractive but have no intention of wanting to see him outside the four walls I've seen/met him in the first place.

 

I've had guys do it to me too. So its universal when it comes down to it. But I think guys are more likely to do it then girls, because guys wants sex with no strings attach a lot more then women on a regular basis.

Yes, this absolutely happens. Sometimes a girl's personality is a real turn-off even though she might be physically attractive.
