I am going on a date actually, but fear that it may be a mistake .. I'M TRYING anyway!! Anyone else wanna share heartbreak-birthday experiences OR HAPPY ones!!?? XO- TB -
alwayssme Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 blah! my brithday was good (because i spent it with friends and went out dancing AND most importantly tried to enjoy life since my ex is gone anyway) BUT it also sucked because I missed him so much and remembered my past birthdays with him. If it makes you feel any better, I cried on my birthday because it just hurt the more to rememeber it went from "i love you" to "i feel nothing for you" but that is LIFE!!! and you know what...regardless of the pain and the BS it is still beautiful...we're healthy and young!!! life doesnt stop there! hope you have a wonderful birthday and a great date

I guess I was a bit disappointed that I didn't even get a lousy text from him, but then I thought...hey, I expect family, friends and my loved one to wish me a happy birthday and at that point he didn't fit in any of those categories, so whatever. Happy birthday and I hope you have a great time on your date!

I'm almost certain, at this point, I wont even get a Happy Birthday email from him. That'll suck...especially since, for his birthday back in January, I got him this dumb expensive video game he wanted.

openbook08 Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Happy Birthday TB!!! it was mine about 2weeks ago. i made a week out of it!! well 6 nights, by night 7 all i was fit for was bed:sick:!the actual night of my bday i went for dinner with all my friends & then we went dancin! yay! drank waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much & texted a guy id kissed a few night previous.. i wanted to make new memories!. my ex never was one for making effort whereas i always made sure he had the best bday/xmas/val day etc etc my exes parents turned up at my house with gifts & the sweetest card. told me they love me so much & will always remember me. i was touched but just reminded me how much he seems to have changed....and i dont mean for the better...not that he ever was that brilliant to begin with the sorry son of a ibtch!!! get your dancin shoes on & dance like no-ones watchin my sweet
