Fool Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Hello,my girl who is 20. just broke up with me after a relation of 4 years.we didn't have any fight's in the 4 years,but she got in college in another town and after 5 mounts she breoke'd up with me. She told me she has someone else,that no one could replace me but she is seeing someone else.It hurt's like hell and i realy love her and want her back.I know i did mistakes when i cryed,called her desperate,text her and so one but i will do anything to be with her again. We are apart for 1 mounth now...I didn;t speak with her in 16 days,do I have a chance to get back with her? PS: Sorry for the poor English...Im italian and i am a bit rusty.

She has someone else, which was probably lined up before she ended things with you. Also, college is probably one of the worst places to find a long term companion, because its the one time in peoples lives where sleeping around and trying new things is the norm. I've known girls to come into college having slept with 1-2 people, and leave in the high 20's. Almost everyone cries and begs, so don't beat yourself up over that. It's only natural. Do you have a chance? I would assume no if it was me, only because you just dont know, and every second spent waiting on her is time that could be spent moving on and finding someone else. The chances of her coming back to you are very slim, sadly, and even if she did, she would probably only do the same thing again.

However, very very few relationships from highschool last through college. People like their freedom when they get into college, whether it is to just enjoy making new friends, partying, and yes dating/sleeping with others. You are young, you'll bounce back and date many more girls. Don't wait around for her to come back, esp. if she's just starting college and will be gone for years
