It could be a physical thing, or a behavioral thing...possibly something that she may not even know she does/has that makes her very attractive. so, basically, don't say "have a nice rack, ass, etc".

Her headlights and junk in the trunk? hehe For me I find a woman that knows how to dress, knows how to take care of herself physically and I guess who's a little girl at heart is what I find appealing. Being bubbly, playful, sweet, thoughtful are all appealing intangible traits as well.

I'd have to have some personal interaction to really know what about her turns me on. Aside from the physical aspect, it's usually something very subtle or even a little abstract.

In fact, I've met a few whom I otherwise would view as physically unattractive but yet was drawn to them without understanding why. "Viewing" a woman, there are two features which overwhelmingly will catch and hold my attention and interest. First are expressive eyes, those windows to the soul. Second are expressive lips. I'm captivated by those women who can use them so well to form expressions, as well as are accomplished and confident kissers.

I've come to a screeching halt one too many times, but then again, I've dated women who've done the same thing with me. I think I appreciate women more than ever now, ever since I stopped trying to map out our differences. Hasn't made me any more successful at dating (because I hate dating and don't do it very often), but it allows me to smile when things don't work out. Bottom line, if they don't like me, they don't like me, and I have to get on with my life. Drama is for twentysomethings. LOL

They're confident, know what they have, know what they want, and aren't desperate in any way. Sexy though has to do with some aspect of appearance. You can't expect to see a fat woman in big pants exude this. A woman has to know how to dress on top of how to carry herself.

In HS we had a Japanese intern working in our english class, she was cute but not beautiful, she used to suck her lower lip when she was concentrating on something. She would make little sucking noises. The first time I heard it , instant "wood", I HAD to have her. I couldn't think of anything else. That little sucking noise and the sight of her little wet lower lip, made me crazy with lust.

Women who parade with a cleavage and their head up high without making any eye contact may get a "wow, I'd love to bang her" but they won't really make their heart skip a beat and touch them on a deep personal level. It's an ego thing. And to a certain extend, I think this counts for both genders. We all want to feel desirable and special in a way. I tend to get some attention when I look people in the eyes, smile a lot, make small talk, and basically consider them my equal. If you're friendly and approachable, as well as confident about yourself, then I'm convinced that there is nothing more appealing. A lot of "average looking" people, and even "ugly" ones manage to score well with this type of approach.

Make yourself visually stimulating to a man with your looks and actions and make him feel wanted as others have pointed out.

I think the best thing a woman can do is make a man feel like a man. Of course, that is reciprocal, so I try to make a woman feel like a woman. (I don't know if that makes any sense but it does to me.)

Honestly, the personality traits that turn me on are all based on things that would make me believe she would be a good mom. I think that it must be biological. I love empathetic, smart, caring, thoughtful, appreciative, affectionate women.

Sexual confidence is a huge plus, and eye contact can be a killer. It's also good to show your figure--don't shroud.
