How much stress do you deal with before it becomes unhealthy. I can't move out because I was laid off and am looking for another job. Someone is always complaining about something, every time I say something positive-like, it gets shut down by my mother, my dad is ill, and my brother is on a rebellious rant. Any de-stressing tips, ignoring isn't working since it tends to be a lot of what I think about.
