Ok ive been applying for jobs online nonstop. I know I know its better to go to the places in person BUT i dont have a car and my mother wont allow to borrow hers without her in it and she doesnt feel like going anywhere ever so emailing is the only way to get my resume out there.

Anyways ive read articles about following up after a certain amount of days (usually between 3-5 days) to show you really want the job and to make sure they got your resume bc sometimes emails get lost. Some articles say dont follow up some say do. Well which is it LOL? Opinions from you professionals.

Yes, you should always follow up on them after 3-5 days. There is, however, no point on sending a follow-up email the same day as the other one. They might not have gotten a chance to read it yet and get it to the person that needs to evaluate it.

So, give them 3-5 days before you send them another email.
