gosh the second you said that i realized that that ver thing is in my treatment plan, what i typed above or now on anothe page, lol.

"feelings of of inadequacy, and HYPERSENSITIVITY to negative evaluation", (taken out of contex), but still i think that applies to what i do even though not a negative evaluation, still a negative tone that makes me feel bad, mad, and angry and totally frustrated and berated as well....

how cool is that that you recognized that and i can see it too after you pointed it out...

see i learned something new right now, lol. the thing is to apply it and use it and remember it and oh my gosh..what a full time job this is, lol.

i love that last part: Amazing how these brains of ours work - or don't!

that was hilarious!

thanks again!

BTW, Zingy, it looks like Amazon.com and ABEBooks.com both have that book. I'm thinking of getting myself another copy or two so I checked it out.

i just was checking it to see if it was at the library and the name or the author or the title didn't even come up...i found it at barnes and noble too, so i think i will go buy it and read it..

I'll be really interested to hear what you think. There are other stories in the book but it's 'Klein and Wagner' that's my favourite.

i hope i am not insulting you since we didnt start off on a good note. But a few good books i know of are "facing co-dependence" it is by Pia Mellody with andres wells miller and j keith miller. it is really interesting and anothe book is "I am the cheese" i dont remember who it is by and i loaned the book out to a friend. i didnt get through that book but i like reading is the facing co-dependence.

i cant put it down. it made me think in a different way. good luck
