BootsElectric Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 I've been seeing a woman now for about a month and a half and have really connected. Last night I stayed over and we got intimate for the first time. When we woke up late this morning we just lied in bed and talked for an hour before she had to go to class. Should I call her tonight, or is waiting until tomorrow OK? It seems soon to me since I saw her this morning, but many people think women want a call after having sex for the first time with someone.
SoulSearch_CO Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 My BF and I communicate A LOT. I guess I don't see what the big deal is about calling her tonight. But by now it's probably too late. LOL
vanilla87 Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 you can always try with a "hello" text to see if she is okay with you talking to her first thing after all this has happened. Just test the waters first, everyone is different...
Graduate Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 I'd say call her ASAP. When I sleep with someone for the first time, I definitely want to hear from him the same day, to see that this meant something to him and he doesn't think of it as a one-night stand.
Girlygirl1977 Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 oops - didn't mean to post my new thread here.
Timmers Posted March 28, 2009 Posted March 28, 2009 I hate these "rules". If you miss her and want to talk to her, call her. If you two had as great of a time as you say, she'd probably welcome it.
carhill Posted March 28, 2009 Posted March 28, 2009 And, the next time, after you've talked and cuddled in the morning, have sex again, then call her that day. Pretty soon, you'll have a bundle of joy on your lap, a mortgage and diapers to change Seriously, if you have to ask, slap yourself for asking and do it
