Monty36 Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Me and this girl were the best of friends for about three years. throughout those three yeas we had our, for lack of a better phrase "more than friends" moments but they eventually faded out. about six months ago we finally got together officially for the first time and we were both in love with each other more than we've ever been with anyone else in our lives. I later found out that we were both secretly in love with each other since we became friends, basically we had a very very loving relationship. unfortunately though about a month ago things got kind of bad between us (meaningless fights, not talking as much etc.) and she pulled the dreaded "i need some space" line. she told me that she still loves me but right now shes too stressed to be in a relationship. we broke up. After that we went about a week of no contact then we finally started to talking again. As of right now were slowly fading back into the friend stage but what i've noticed is that she is still wearing the promise ring i gave her for Christmas. My question is, why, and what does this mean? I know for a fact that she wears it everyday and i know its not just to look good with her outfit or anything like that, also it been on the same hand since she got it.
rlindzie Posted March 26, 2009 Posted March 26, 2009 well either she still loves you or likes you but is stressed or... she is keeping you in her back pocket and looking around to see wut else is out there. i am guessing it is the first.
