How long do you think or how long do you wait before you and your partner have sex? (And I'm talking about someone who's looking for a relationship or "the one"). Is there really any right length of time or does it depend on the relationship and how it is progressing?

What's your take on the whole thing? What do you look for before you let it happen if you truly want it to go the distance? Guys POV; ladies POV???

I think you should let it come naturally and not rush it. The closer the two of you get you will realize when the time is right. Having sex too soon in a relationship can ruin it in my opinion.

well its been almost 2 months i've known him. he wants to have sex, but he's not being pushy or trying to get me to. I don't know what to do. im so scared it'll change things because he's important to me. he's the first real relationship that seems normal and hasn't started out as friends first so im not sure what hte norm is on how long people wait.

and im a bit nervous all i hear is how guys lose interest after they get what they want and that they'll say anything and they'll wait it out as long as it takes. is that really true?
