reallygreatguy Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 My first day and first time with loveshack....be nice! I have been married for 19 years, have 3 kids. We havent gotten along for years. Been to conselling many times. I want out but she doesn't. I am a very nice guy who puts others first, I'm a people pleaser. Sex for us is not there. I know she loves it when we have but she really doesn't have mush of an interest. Besides I'm really done with her and don't even want to spend any time with her. I would help support her so she can stay in the house and help out with the kids alot, like I do now. I love my kids and want to spend time with them and not be a dead beat. But I cant spend another 20 years with someone I dont love and dont want to be with. Thanks
MindoverMatter Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Are you completely done with the relationship or do you think that most of it is frustration because your wife doesn't care enough to work on the marriage? If it's frustration, then ask her again to do therapy. If she refuses, maybe suggest going to a priest (or whatever your religion has that's the equivalent). If you're done, then talk to a lawyer.
