longlegzs80 Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 I have been doing good at the gym which I joined roughly 4 or so weeks ago but at first I could see alittle change in my mood, but now it is the same thing as before where I woud be down. I know I have tons on my mind and stressed out about not having a "real" job yet in my field so, I don't know what the deal is. I figured that the gym would help my mood and the only thing it has done for me is given me energy for sometime after and then I feel really tired. So, what's up with that?
Ryan Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 Exercise is not therapy....some people may treat it as such, but it's still a physical attempt at a psychological problem.
jalexy Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 your mood is all in your head. you control how you feel. so work on it... if you feel bad, feel it through let the pain go away and move on...
moimeme Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 Exercise is not therapy....some people may treat it as such, but it's still a physical attempt at a psychological problem. Exercise has been shown to help lift mood, however.
