I'm just going to list the past few events between this guy and myself in chronological order and yeah, you guys tell me what you think about all this. I've kind of found a new guy to date anyways, but after all is said and done with this old guy (the one I'm about to talk about) I'd still like to know what exactly was going through his head! -We start talking. He starts hitting on my pretty hardcore. I tell him to slow down. Lets hang out sometime. -He texts me on nights were both free inviting himself over for drinks, to which I tell him its late, lets get together sometime during the day. -We make plans to hang out one day, not concrete, and he blows me off. -I promptly delete his number from my phone, and delete him off facebook (this part I realize was kind of immature, but honestly, he wasn't worth my time). -He runs into me and asks me what I'm up to that weekend, I tell him my plans, and he kind of looks choked then walks off. -Him and I turn up at the same bar sat. night, but I don't talk to him, nor do I try to find him - I'm there with my friends. -He sees me on Sunday (we volunteer together) and he asks me how my night was, if I got in (he had VIP tickets and I didn't, apparently he tried to call em over but I didn't hear him), he asks me why he didnt see me on the dance floor. Then proceeds to ask me to come out next weekend to which I reply "we'll see". -Today I figured I was kind of stupid defriending him on Facebook, so I readded him and he has completely ignored it! I know all these little events are petty, and honestly, I'm moving on to another guy but like... should I come across this again, how do I read the situation? Was this guy actually interested? Or just playing games? Does he think I'm competing with him to be like, in control? Because I'm not. lol

Not once did you sound interested in him anyway, so give him the clue and stop changing your attitude. If you have other interests elsewhere, don't confuse this guy. Tell him how you feel honestly, and leave it at that.

Tell him how you feel honestly, and leave it at that. I actually really was interested for a long time, I just didn't feel comfortable with him coming over to my place late at night, drunk. When he stood me up I was actually really sad, but you're right that now, I'm not interested. I'm just wondering WHY things unfolded as they did, instead of us just going out on a few dates.
