flyingtim01 Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 I know this question is very open to interpretation, and will probably get a dozen different answers, but in general, how long should you date before you have the exclusivity talk? A month? Two months? Three? I know that its relationship-specific, but is there a time thats definitely too early, or a time too long?
Sam Spade Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 About a month if it is a girl I consider for an actual relationship. If not - never, i.e. I don't care if she fecks somebody else as long as she also comes by to do the same to me .
lnknprkfn Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 idk... I'd say yeah... about a month into the relationship or whenever the two of you make it official... This is a pretty hard thing to answer for two other people... I'd say maybe when the two of you feel comfortable enough to be in a one on one relationship.
IcemanJB Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 My last girlfriend and I had that talk 3 days after our first kiss. We had known each other for many months before that (and had hung out several times), so take that into account.
The Blue Pill Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 As soon as one of you asks the other out formally (as in, do you want to be my boyfriend/girlfriend?), then it's, at that point, exclusive.
