Shingo56 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 So... there's this really hot girl that I work with. We've always been flirty but she was in a relationship ever since I've known her. Three weeks ago she broke up with her boyfriend of a little over a year so I made a move and asked her out. We didn't really call it a "date" but that's pretty much what it was. We went out, ate and got drunk... any way, there was some playing around, but we mostly talked and had a pretty good time. I don't know how to go about the next step... I work with her, so we've been friends for a while, and she just came off a long-term relationship. It was a pretty hot date, but I don't know if it was JUST a date... Any suggestions?
zaphodb2002 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Take it easy. Go out with her more. No need to put any weird pressure on it by pushing the relationship thing. Whether or not it's a date, you're both having fun. Show her a good time, and play it by ear. If she likes you, she'll let you know, I'm sure.
jadelil25 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Just take it slow and dont put any pressure on her or building a relationship. Be there for her and show her how much you care. Spend more time together and go out and have fun together to help her take her mind off things. Dont make any moves yet and dont ask her about being exclusive. Just let things naturally progress and take things as they happen.
Mahatma Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Take some serious time. After a year long relationship, she will probably not be too interested in starting all over again too fast.
