VASH THE STAMPEDE Posted October 6, 2003 Posted October 6, 2003 its usally in cell phones,its the capability to send a short message to another phone. as an email, almost, but shorter.its also concidered an SMS message. now they have MMS (aka) video messanging.you're able to send pictures to another phone of the same options,even ringing tones could be sent via MMS.ah technology. I my self have a phone capable of all these features the NOKIA 3650.
