Hello everyone:)

I'm 5'3,slim and petite from the waist up however my ankles are pretty thick..one girl commented once that my legs looks swollen:(.I never wear short skirts because im too embarassed to show my 'swollen legs'..any advice or type of excercise i should do?

Bike and run. At least 2 miles 3-4 times a week.

OP- I wish I had answers for you!

 

I, too, am petite- 5'1" about 104lbs, slim all over, but I have the most gigantic thighs ever! I walk 4-8 miles everyday and do a half hour of an ab workout tape, eat healthy and nothing seems to help. :(

Yes same here..i do that too but like you it doesn't seem to help much.A friend suggested liposuction but im too scared to do that moreover on my student budget won't be able to afford it:o

Anyway thanks for your input guys..if you have anymore suggestion let me know.Thank you
