i miss him so much but i dont know where i stand!

ive been seeing a guy for a couple of months and everything was great, the other night his mate told my mate that he likes me a lot, but i went to a party and a girl who fancies the pants off him told me that he slept with another girl the other night

 

so i text him saying i know hes just playing me, and he said shes just stirring like shes done before, so we talked about it for a bit then i said well just say if u wanna see me again or not, and he said okay lol what you up to and we started talking normally again

 

i said goodnight to him and the next day someone told me hes not speaking to the girl who was stirring anymore, and also lots of ppl told me not to believe anythin she says cos she wants him to herself

 

me and this guy havent spoken since the other day and i really miss him, i dont want to chase after him though but do you think he could still like me? and if he does would he get in touch?
