Hello,

Just looking for input on others who may have experienced. My ex who I have had no contact with at all since the break up 6 months ago has suddenly started to appear on my buddy list again.

Anyone else been blocked and then unblocked? Does it mean anything? Just wondering what the outcome is of this usually.

I've never been blocked. Actually I blocked my ex after a one yr relation had ended and she broke it off. I blocked her on facebook, as well as AIM because I just needed to get away from her. However, after a couple of months maybe even more I decided that what I was doing was just stupid and childish and eventually did unblock her.

She did notice and we started talking catching up on old times. Maybe your ex is trying to contact you again or just for you two to get back on speaking terms. It doesn't necessarily mean that he wants you want. Just play it out and see how it goes from there. Is the ex in a relationship? Are you in a relationship? Because if so then they may affect on how you go about it but either way at least this is a start better than being blocked.

Donno because I blocked him and he has stayed that way ever since (over 1 & half years). I don't care.

How do you know if you have been blocked from someone's IM, email, or phone?

Well, I know with aol you can create another screen name and log on to it and place your ex on it if they show up on that buddy list but not on your original screen name, you're blocked.
