Last night couldn't sleep. Tossed and turned all night just like every other night. I picked up my blackberry to check the time and what do I see....an email.

From: (ex's name)

Subject: Hey

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Was I dreaming? I stared at my phone forever. I began to shake. My heart racing, too afraid to open the email and read what was inside.

After I convinced myself I was not dreaming and my shaking had subsided I opened the email.

It read: I can ask my friend Anna to do a threesome tonite with us blah blah blah.

FRIGGIN SPAM! I got all twisted over spam. Out of all the names in the world to pick, they had to pick my ex's name as the sender.

Life is so cruel.

I think that was the last straw.

I'm either going to allow myself to go completely insane, or I'm going to get my life back.

The heart pounding rush, trembling of the hands, fear of opening a stupid email as if something would jump out from my handheld device and gobble me up.....geez....who is this person?

that sucks!

i know that feeling well of letting outside events make me absolutely out of control, anxious and crazy! it's not a good feeling at all. and im glad you feel that its time to make some changes.

distractions, throw yourself into a hobby, do something for YOU, that YOU like, spend time thinking of positive things, and you will bring more positivity eventually.

I was no coincidence they used your ex-s name.

Spam technology can do that.

It checks your profile and past correspondence, and picks the person in your email listings the most likely to....

I got one like that from my mother-in-law.

Not. :rolleyes::D

Good to know.

So my ex must be receiving some heart-stopping emails from what he believes to be from me.

Haha.
