ans562 Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 I was dating a girl in a long distance relationship for about three months. She had just gotten out of a relationship and we never agreed that it was a bad idea for us to coninue the realtionship, but as I tried to keep in contact with her, she basically stopped calling me all together. She finally called me three weeks ago, said she was busy with school, but that it had been way too long since we had talked. I have called her twice and got her voicemail and left her messages to call me back. She hasn't. All my friends tell me I should forget about her and not call her. It is hard for me as the last relationship I had ended with the girl just disappearing and I can't help, but feel as if it is happening again and it really hurts. Should I listen to my friends and try to forget about her or do I need to call her and find out what is going on with her? Also, she is a friend of mine on Facebook and I find myself everyday looking at her page and it hurts me everytime I see it. Do I need to delete her from my page? Please help me, I am very confused.
wowIlose Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Well if you have already left a message and called several times then its time to stop calling. If she wants she will call you back but the fact she hasn't is a form of disrespect and you should start making the necessary changes to move on. Be happy that you only spent 3 months with this girl and not longer. Just remember that by calling or messaging her any further past this point will make you seem desperate - a quality that is surely to push her further away from you.
