jenxbunnyx05 Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Okay so I always get the "You're skinny, you don't need to workout" talk. I'm 5'3'' 112lbs. I used to go to LA Fitness but never went enough so I canceled. Now I want to get back in shape before the summer. All I want is to tone up. I'm not trying to lose weight! And I just want to have a nice tight tummy lol. I've thought about running everyday for 30 mins. Would this be enough to get me back in shape?
quankanne Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 I think running tones your legs for the most part, since that's what's getting the highest impact of exercise. do you have access to someone who works with exercise programs who can give you pointers? The gym would be the perfect place to check. However, if there's a college in your area with a sports program, check with the teaching staff there – this is what they train people to do!
