I'm thinking of going to this place near me. I heard it's pretty good..

 

Would you suggest it for things like worrying about what people think of you? Keeping friends and stop avoiding people?

 

Can you give me a few examples of the type of things that go on, especially the first few times?

I guess I don't since I have no idea what CBT is.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I do it at the gym three times a week, right after working on my abs.

Yeah, you can get it at the drive through at McDonalds, right along with a quarter pounder. CBT might work OK for what you need but REBT would be great as well.
