Should I do something special for him to apologize for being so stupid?

Ok, so I blew it, and I'd like some advice as to what to do now.

My boyfriend is 7 years older than me and has more "history" because of it. Last night, we'd had a bit too much to drink, and I got insecure about something he brought up from his past. To keep it short, we got in a fight, and he was going to sleep in the other bedroom. I went in to try to de-escalate things, and we wound up talking it out. We went to bed together, woke up and made love this morning ... everything is fine. I guess.The problem is, I can't stop beating myself up. I feel like an idiot - I have absolutely no reason to be insecure. He treats me like gold. I'm wondering if I should just let it go or if I should do something special for him to apologize for being so stupid.What do you think? Any advice?

Hahaha, that's it!

 

I'll take him to dinner in that leave-nothing-to-the-imagination dress he bought me for Valentines. Must go shoe shopping...
