OCCDAVE Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 I have a lot to say since the last time I posted.I got my stuff last thursday and that's when my ex told me she had feelings for me and we made out.friday rolls around she told me I broke things off with that guy but I ignored her.monday came I was having a really bad day she called and I went off on her.I told her why did u kiss me she said dunno I felt like it by then I was beyond ticked.she said what its been 4 months we can't go back to what we had I don't feel the same about u I like this guy.I said ya ur right u wanna give ur feelings to a guy who only wants u for sex sounds like a real catch.she said I just don't want u thinking we are getting back together then I said no thanks that never crossed my mind I found someone and im beyond happy.there was like a minute of silence and then she said I gotta go bye..I heard from her monday night but ignored her.im sorry if I bored some of u heh since feb 17 back to nc and this time for good.I still miss her but the girl I knew is long gone sigh. I also forgot to mention kissing her was a big mistake it did nothing but mess my emotions.

Having any sort of physical reconnection with an ex can bring the feelings all back. But at least you know what needs to be done now to get back to a better place

Good man, I think you are like me now. You miss her, but you know thats exactly what you're suppose to be doing; missing her and getting over it. I couldn't imagine how I would feel if I kissed my ex any time soon I'd probably lose my mind. You're strong now because as much as you miss her you know its a bad idea to ever get back together with her. Smarts are over coming your emotions.

I won't lie that car ride home after we kissed cause I felt so many emotions.then to make it worse she kept looking at me you know that look where we two people connect sigh

Accept them for what they are. It has nothing to do with you, other than that you're "familiar". Much easier to stir up that validation in the familiar than in the strange and unknown.

I never knew about it until I became a part of LS. Trust me, NC WORKS! She'll crawl back one day, and by then you won't care-the jokes on her!

Just keep moving ahead and honestly pretty soon your not going to car as much, trust me! I have contacted my ex a lot also and it just hinders your recovering and moving on. You deserve better, period. So, you kissed and maybe it was great, so be happy u had a last kiss and move on!
