whichwayisup Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Go to some place that has internet access and use their printers. Kinkos or something like that..
Author ForumFool Posted February 19, 2009 Author Posted February 19, 2009 I am doing this should I be able to get a divorce I can show fault if my lawyer needs it. Didn't think of Kinkos or any of those Thank you both......
jwi71 Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Forumfool, It won't matter. AT fault vs no fault divorce means nothing in the US. The only benefit YOU get is that the cause for divorce is infidelity. It doesn;t matter in terms of property division, it doesn't matter in terms of alimony (should it be applicable), it doesn't matter in terms of visitation. Most courts simply don't care. There is a VERY small chance that the judge will bias towards YOU in a small way. But in all reality - the judges simply don't care. Look at it this way, there are literally thousands of cases before the judge and more than a few involve adultery...its no big deal to him/her. As far as keeping records...yeah Kinkos or the local library will help you. Shoot, take the electronic copies to your lawyer and they will print out nice color versions.
Owl Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 As your LAWYER what kind of proof he requires, or would support your case. Asking us on LS isn't going to give you the answer you really need to hear.
