Can anybody decipher this email I got from me ex who dumped me, I dont wanna break NC

My ex dumped 18 days ago and since then I have had NC, she has texted me once and now has sent me this email today, it says "Hi how u doing? I want to wish you well back at study (started study 4 days ago ) and I know if they give you a big workload you will handle it. U know I am always a phone call or text away if you need help, good luck, thinking of u". When we split she said horrbile things about me to me,. Any ideas on what she is really saying??

She feels guilty about what she did. Don't respond. If she wants to get back together with you then believe me you'll know. Trying to decipher what she is saying only makes things harder in the end. Delete, ignore and go about your day.
