Whats your opinion? I personally believe that they should! Couples would try harder in the relationship. Zap to divorce attorneys! Everything else expires....

I think having that function would surely gum up the works. Not many people could qualify for renewal...haha!

Eh, there would still be some fights on division of assets. And the attorneys would still be there to take their piece from that fight.

If the sole intention is to rid the system of divorce attorneys then no.

 

But if you wanted to increase state revenues, much like drivers license renewals, yea why not.

Yes they should expire ...

 

I would think that a 5-year period would be ample.. then renewal time.. people would have to review their relationship..

 

I don't know.. maybe marriage should be banned.. ;)
