It's no use suggesting a frilly, lace doily type outfit for someone like shadow, same as it's no use suggesting a razor blade, safety pin look for her. Keep in mind that shadow's in her mid-twenties. The things she would wear, aren't necessarily in tune with the things that a thirty something or older woman would wear.

Well, except for a little lacy camisole peeking out from between the lapels of our blazer at work for just that teensy bit of elegant sexiness. I'm just using those two extremes and YOU know it! Keep shadow's age, lifestyle and body shape in mind, not necessarily what you or I would wear.

movingonandon Posted February 13, 2009 Posted February 13, 2009 most summer dresses are sleeveless or halter tops. what is the difference. also men wear shorts and t-shirts in the summer. Obviously it is different at work. And if I was going out on a date. But hanging out in the summer why not wear shorts and a tank top. Although I agree with the no tank tops on men that is just yuck. While we're at that, my view on tank tops on men also applies to shorts - no shorts under any circumstances, except (maybe ) in the pool . Sandals - don't even get me started . Girls - obviously can get away with shorts, preferably combined with heels . Flip-flops however... T-shirts - delicate territory - fine if you're parading in front of your girlfriend on a weekend, definitely not in public, esp. if you recently turned 30. I moved to the US from a more civilized part of the world, and I find it simply revolting and disturbing how awfully the average man here dresses. Women do sliiightly better, but not by very much Also, I'm with whoever mentioned that hot weather isn't a license to get 70% naked. Let's show some class, shall we ? Pair the summer dress with a hat, and you're marriager material I have spoken
