doing the Lotte Berk Method.

 

I have been doing 2-3 times a week, 30-60mins each time. Its tough to do and really works your muscles. Just wondering if anyone has used it for any amount of time and found it really did shape their bodies??

 

I have noticed more tone in my arms, my thighs are rock solid, my core muscles are stronger, guess it will just get better with time?
