What star sign is everyone??

i'd love to know if anyone has any input of the traits of Pisces and the other signs, and do you think the character traits of those signs influence the relationship??

My ex was aries and emotionally stunted and I feel everything..it hurts.

I think it was in the stars we wouldn't work out.

I think it would really help in getting over it, understanding why and moving on to know that from an astrological point of view, it was all imploding!

 

Would love to hear some other stories.

FWIW, I'm Aries with something-or-other in the ascendancy, whatever that means

no. I personally think this is a bunch of hooey, and basically permitting outside factors to influence or determine, explain or justify what happens inside you.

Billy Connolly adores playing the banjo. he's really very good at it.

But not quite at expert Maestro level, although he would love to be.

He once - at his wife's insistence - had his full horoscope read and prepared. Amongst a whole bunch of stuff, was the little gem that the reason he wasn't as perfect at playing the banjo as he wanted to be, was because he was "influenced by a mild overlap of Jupiter's magnetism over Sagittarius and the influential pull on gemini."

 

Every time he hits a bum note now, he shakes his fist and yells "&%**+#@ Jupiter!! I hate you!!"

 

That story is a good one.

And one I think we should all learn from.

I DO agree to some point...there are certain 'traits' in some people signs, but its very complex.. theres 3 types of each sign..

 

I have seen in my life how i taurus, get along with cetrain types.

and i have to say theres some truth to it.

 

I dated an aquaries man for about 3 mins, very incompatable!!

 

My pieces man was pretty good, except a total narcissist!!

 

Im seeing a virgo....

 

I say go for the ones you are compatable with!!! it makes life easier.

 

(secretly happy my x pieces wont be happy with his aries b*T*h. lol

My ex- and I were made for each other, and completely compatible.

Hence the divorce.

 

My current partner and I are completely incompatible.

Hence our still being together after all this time.

My ex was a pisces and SO selfish and self centered, so I know all about the narcissism.

 

I'm a cancer (loving, caring, nurturing, blah blah blah) which I am, and I get hurt easily which also fits the typical cancer profile. My guy is capricorn. I'm kind of a scatterbrain, so his organizational skills and his penchant for a very orderly house is extremely helpful! We seem to fit together quite nicely. Where he lacks strengths, I help him, and vice versa.

Well.. my xh was a virgo.. and he was impossible to live with notice the x in front of the h. :p I've only come across one other Virgo male that I clicked with and he ran for the hills for some reason.:laugh:

 

Now as for my star sign I am 100 % Capricorn. Not so sure I believe in all the star stuff but, perhaps it does have a little merit.

I better correct myself here. I was not speaking about all Virgos..just the one's I have come across. Perhaps.. my star sign is just not compatible with that of a vrigos.

This is funny ...I've been delving into the zodiac a little lately as well. By and large, I don't put much faith into the whole concept, but it's eery how the traits of a Cancer are very close for me ...not perfect, mind you, but some of the major things are dead on. I know an Aries, Gemini, and Taurus - all female - that are quite similar as well.

 

Overall, my take on the whole concept is that you have to look at it from a 30,000 ft perspective, not a 10 ft perspective ...but, if you are just meeting someone and know their sign, there are worse places to start. I would hesitate to make a decision based on the information though.

Mea, I have dated two Virgos in my life; the current one, and the one before him. They both have similar traits. I don't know, but I seem to be compatible with them (I'm Scorpio). Virgos don't have a lot of drama going on, very quiet, love peace, but also like to sulk and pity themselves all the time which can be annoying. They both are very sarcarstic, perfectionists and neat freaks, so yeah, I have to put up with that. But they seem to be on top of their finances; manage their finances very well, which is the way I am. Was your ex ever like this?

 

Now the Geminis are the ones to stay away from. And Leos.

Actually, Capricorns and Virgos are supposed to be compatible. It would depend on what day you asked me as to what my answer would be though... since I'm married to one of those beasts!

Yes..They are supposed to be very compatible however in my case it was not correct. But then again all Virgos and Cappy's are probably not the same. Mr. Latte is a Sag.. wonder what it says about Sag's and Cappy's?:laugh:

aww :sick: im a pisces & wouldnt have it in my nature to be either selfish or self centred.... in fact that describes my aquarius ex more appropriately!!my biggest fault(?) <in that rship was being too giving & unselfish!>

 

i know pisces are supposed to be very dreamy... id certainly vouch for that.......................................

SB, I agree, with efforts, everything works out, whether compatible or not. But if 2 people are compatiable in zodiac, perhaps less or no effort will be needed to make it work, don't you think? lol

 

I personally use Zodiac to better understand why certain people behave the way they do. For example if I didn't know the traits of a typical Virgo male, I would have been really annoyed with my BF's picky and sarcarstic ways.

lol! I'm a Scorpio who will never date a Scorpio! Hell no. I once liked this guy a lot, turned out; he's a SCORPIO. Like that's not scary enough, he was also a cop. No freaking way.
